GKT Car Rentals does not sell airline travel tickets or any products not listed on our website. We advise our esteemed customers to be wary of dubious elements who might want to defraud them.

Booking on our website

If you make a reservation through our Website for our services, that reservation is made with the client's name or company and you will be addressed as such. We expect our customers to strictly abide by the policies on this website and please note that there would not be a remedy for violating any of those policies.

All information provided on our booking platform must be accurate and not misleading.

In case there is a need to re-modify your bookings after submission, we expect our customers to immediately send us email or call our office line.

Communication devices:

Our customers are required to update us of any change in their Phone Number, email address or any information provided to us. GKT Car Rentals will not be liable for information sent to a device that is associated with their outdated mobile phone number or email address 

Fraudulent or unlawful requests

GKT Car Rental Services is a respected and law-abiding company, we will not transact or do business with any individual or company who requests our services for unlawful purposes.

Refund Policy

We do not envisage a refund however it is good to consider the following:

1. Refund is considered if the customer voluntarily request for cancellation and refund with a minimum notice of 36 hours before the reservation start date.
2. Cancellation and refund requests must be sent via email gktconsults@gmail.com or gktreservations@gmail.com  by writing or through our telephone lines(+2348098820072, +2348023820072).
3. Refund is made within 14 working days after receiving the notice of cancellation.
4. In the event that our customer does not show up after confirmed bookings are made, including bookings made through our website or via our telephone, NO REFUND will be provided.

GKT Car Rental will require the information of our customers for reservation and communication purposes and does not knowingly collect personal information from minors or people with mental disabilities. In Case of this occurrence, please kindly email gktconsults@gmail.com or gktreservations@gmail.com. All customer information collected is kept strictly confidential.

All reservations on the website must be to engage our service. If the purpose of filling out our reservation form is not to book our car rental service, do not check out or make payment via the website. We will not be liable for any loss incurred in such reservation/s or for payment through an unauthorized third Party company.

GKT online payment transactions are handled by our third party payment

service company through our payment gateway on this website. GKT Car Rental is not liable for any loss incurred by our third party payment company. We only recognize and deal transactions that are successful.
